@ consult I tried the 500cc HP sizers felt small. Tried 550cc HP sizers felt like the diameter was too large giving me a heavier look and more pancake like chest. I feel like a extra high or UHP would be a better option for desired fullness and upper pole. Surgery date next week Need final size for order now, no chance to see sizers. Questions: What cc fits an extraHP for a 13.1 diameter? What cc fits an UHP for a 13.1 diameter? Which would give me results similar to my desired look?
Answer: Not Much, They're both large and ball shaped Breast width is spoken about like it's the only measurement that is important; this is not the case at all, and is the reason why people looking for the biggest implant that will fit within their breast diameter end up with complications leading to reoperation. The distance between your nipple and inframammary fold on stretch is another very important measurement. It dictates where the nipple will sit on any given sized implant; the larger the implant, the longer the nipple to fold distance that is necessary to achieve proper nipple position. For an implant that is in the range of 500 cc, a nipple to fold distance on stretch should be at least 10 cm, which for many women is not the case. If not, then you will be in an unpredictable situation where you may or may not expand up to that desired distance, and in the mean time you will have downward pointing nipples (or apparently high riding implants) after surgery. Alternatively, the surgeon may choose (erroneously) to lower that fold to much, leading to another unpredictable situation, whereby the implant may settle too far, interposing itself between your chest wall and your native inframammary fold, leading to double bubble.

Answer: Breast implants Thank you for your questions. you have B-Lite in Turkey. you can have your procedure in Turkey we have B-Lite implants. Breast implants are sized according to their volume in cubic centimeters (cc). How do you know what size implant to choose? Looking at pictures and talking to friends who had a breast augmentation might help. Off course the volume will depend on the shape and size of your actual breasts, your frame and the size you want to achieve. Our plastic surgeon will advise you thoroughly. Bringing pictures of a desired restult to be shown to our surgeon, might be very helpful.

Answer: Extra High Projection vs Ultra High Projection? What are the differences? Mentor Gummy/Silicone, inframammary incision Thanks for your question. Profiles are just how much an implant pushed your breast tissue from the ribs. The higher the profile the more your breast will "stick out" from your body. The higher the profile the more fake they tend to look but that is also based on how wide your chest width is or base diameter in the plastic surgery community.

Answer: Breast Augmentation Thank you for your question. From the goal pictures, it appears that you want a very round, full-appearing breast. Most likely this will require an ultra high profile implant. Your starting anatomy is excellent. You should be able to have an excellent result. I would not get caught up on implant diameters and let your doctor choose the right implant to match your goal. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear Theslowturtle, breast implant type and sizing, selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
