I recently had a consultation for a BA w/ a lift, my desire look I would reference Salma Hayek, I was able to play with the implants while there and i decided to go with the Sientra 107 high profile smooth round Gel implants-I'm kinda having second thoughts on the size tho. I haven’t seen many B&A photos with women with breast like mine, I feel I have a big gap between my Breast so I do want them wide enough to fill in some space, and I want the implant to be big/wide enough to reach that look

Answer: It’s hard to match a look of another person if the starting anatomy is very different Thank you for your question and your picture. I’m sorry, I don’t see a picture of what your goal is and without in person exam it’s hard to make any definitive recommendations. Everyone’s anatomy is different, so it’s hard to get the same exact look from one person to another. Things like breast bone width will determine how wide your implants will be set. I would recommend to visit with several surgeons and get a better idea of what your specific outcome could be.
