Is it possible to get a minor hairline transplant at the temporal/peaks/points to frame the face?

If you are considering surgery it would be best to discuss your options with a doctor.  A minor surgery or major surgery depends on exactly what you are looking for.A minor surgery is still a surgery.It would be nearly impossible to tell what your exact goals are without a proper exam and further discussion of your goals. 

You are young for a hair transplant procedure. Even if you ignore this advise and carry on with a procedure, you may still lose hairs on the frontal hairline and the implantation would look very unnatural. So either way, a surgeon should avoid delivering an aggressive hairline at all costs.
But my professional advise would be to wait for another 5-6 years at least and monitor any change over the frontal hairline level.

At the age of 20 years young it is still way to young for a hair transplant. This is because if you run the risk of losing more than we chase the hair by repeating transplants throughout your life and it can become costly. Prevention is first and most certainly very important. 

The decision to undergo the hair transplant surgery should be made after proper consultation with a hair transplant surgeon. In my opinion, 20 is too young to undergo any type of hair transplant surgery. So, it will be better to wait for sometime before taking any call to proceed further.

Planning is vital. At your age you hair will naturally be changing. Fixing a lower hairline or temple area is ill advised. Permanent hair restoration should be considered at a later stage in life when there is a degree of hair loss patterning to assess.

Make sure your consultation is with the doctor who is going to do the survey, not an advisor.A proper consultation will involve taking a full history, examining your scalp, listening to what your intentions and expectations are, and then making a clinical recommendation.Most experienced and ethical hair transplant surgeons are likely to decline doing a transplant in a 20 year old but it would still be worth your having a consultation as there are some circumstances when a transplant might be considered in a young patient. 

It is possible to do hair transplant to frame the face however you need to be seen in person to make sure it will look natural. 

I think it's early for you to undergo a transplant, especially that you are concerned about face defining zones rather than scars etc. You might get into a vicious cycle of ongoing transplants. Ofcourse there are always exceptions and for this reason you should get a proper consultation.
