I don't think it is possible to comment as to how many grafts are required for temporal point reconstruction without knowing your age, family history,etc... It will be better to visit some hair transplant surgeon in person and discuss the same in detail.

Hello, good question!! On average I think ~150-300 grafts would be required. That being said it does depend on the texture of your hair and making it look how you want it to look. The best thing is for you to see a hair professional and plan a path forward that works for you. Good luck.

It would be great if you provide photos. However, you might need around 300-500 grafts +/- considering Ryan Reynolds's hairline. Please note that this is just a rough estimate. You're still recommended to see surgeons in your area for more info. 

Pictures really need to be seen. Expectations on the design would also be helpful. What is natural for one can be the opposite for another. Hair characteristics play an important role in the number of hair follicles required. This will affect the hair density required and the size of the follicular units used. Curly coarse hair for example giving the look og greater fullness and coverage compared to finer straight hair.
