If the upper eyelids are drooping as a result of brow ptosis, Botox may be used to lift the brows. There are no creams to help with these issues, and surgery is the only other option.
Unfortunately, there are no creams or lotions that can achieve what you are requesting. There are three conditions which may lead to what people call "droopy eyelids" 1. Eyelid ptosis [droop] 2. Excess eyelid skin [dermatochalasis] 3. Heavy or low eyebrows Unless you post a photo, its hard for us to tell you what might apply to you.
Full upper eyelids either result from extra tissue in the eyelid, drooping eyebrows or a combination of the two. The only reliable method to reveal the upper eyelid crease and refine the appearance of the eyes is blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), browlift or a combination of the two procedures. These are safe and highly effective procedures in experienced hands. I hope this information is helpful.Stephen Weber MD, FACS
Dear User, There aren't any creams that can solve the problem you have described, as far as I am aware. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you would benefit from either a brow lift or upper blepharoplasty surgery. Without pictures of your eyes, I can't provide any more advice. Best,
At 20 years old it is unlikely that you have excess eyelid skin as do older individuals. You may have ptosis or actual anatomic drooping of the lid that covers the iris or colored part of the eye. If this obstructs vision it may be covered by insurance for peripheral visual field obstruction. Other causes may be a low brow, but surgical indications are few in a young person as you. Often a neuromodulator like Botox or Dysport can alleviate the muscles of the Crow's Feet and Glabella (between the eyes) to help lift the brow several millimeters. The only way to determine the best treatment for your concerns is with an examination or photos.
It sounds like you have ptosis, but without examining you or at least seeing a picture, I cannot tell you for sure. There are no creams to help ptosis.
In a 20 year old, there wouldn't be excess upper eyelid skin but low eyebrows creating the upper lid fullness. Photos would help in the evaluation.
