3 weeks ago I had smart lipo on my inner and outer thighs, hips and my abdomen. I had a TT 6 months earlier but still had a little pouch. Due to a scheduling error, the procedure started 2 hours late. I think my PS was in a rush and did not spend as much time as he should have. My measurements have not changed at all although it's early. Does that seem like enough fat has been removed?

It is absolutely possible to have an hour glass figure after liposuction. Liposuction of your abdomen, flanks ( waist) and entire back would definitely give you the figure you desire. You do have some fat in your waist and thus when this fat is removed ( contoured) your underlying curves would show.
There is no interference from laser liposuction with a pacemaker. You should be able to undergo the procedure and not worry about your pacemaker. Anyway just inform your surgeon that you have the pacemaker and he should re-assure you it is OK.
The hard areas are very normal. The "sad" face is as well. After the fat was removed, there is still some left, as well as fluid, that hardens as scar forms. This is normal. The skin also contracts and wrinkles, so much of this is more pronounced in the first 2-6 weeks.
