Due to breastfeeding and due to the hashimotos and fibromyalgia is not a current candidate. I would say that you need to see your treating Doctor for hashimotos and fibromyalgia before being cleared for surgery.

Usually for an intracapsular leak there is no need for immediate attention, but as you have an extracapsular leak as well which in my opinion is an indication for rapid removal of the implant.

Different techniques and your skin type can affect the final result. Just 11 days post-op, it is still early days and I would agree with your surgeon that you should give it more time without being concerned about the pleating.
