I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having from your surgery.  The concerns you have are valid and an examination by your surgeon is needed.  If there is a build up of blood and there is still active bleeding, surgical intervention may be necessary.  If it is fluid it can often be aspirated in the surgeon's office.  If necessary a drain can be placed.  Your surgeon will be able to advise you further after an exam.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast implant removal surgery.  The complication you have experienced is concerning; significant bleeding can be a problem for any patient, but especially for patient who is 68 years old. Make sure that your plastic surgeon knows of your situation and follow-up with him/her ASAP.  It will likely be prudent to check your vital signs, hemoglobin level, and tailor treatments to your clinical situation.  Exploration, drainage of hematoma, and control of any bleeding will likely be an option to consider. Best wishes.
