Are 100cc implants worth it for a small woman?

Question

She is 5'0", 93lbs, slender athletic plays a lot of tennis. She is having 100cc implants. She is an A cup, her breast are small but a proportional for her, its just they have "gone south" after 4 children. My question is with 100cc implants, is she or I going to notice any change. Is it worth it? I know she is small but I would think if you are going to have this done she should go up a 1 cup size from a to b? or am I all wet on this? Will this allow her to play tennis?

I agree with Dr. Myers. Beautiful breasts are not defined by volume. Position, skin quality, symmetry, and shape are all attributes that contribute to having youthful/beautiful breasts. Bigger is not always better. I only hope she has not been told that implants will lift her breasts. Let me tell you they won't. They never do! If her breasts have gone 'south', then more than likely she also needs a lift. Lifts can now be accomplished without the dreaded (and very visible) vertical scar or the need for implants. Please look into the Mini Ultimate Breast Lift which provides maximum lift without implants and no vertical scar.As an active young woman, it may just be what she is looking for. If the breasts have "gone south" I suspect "she" needs a breast lift, with or without implants.  Have her try on a sizer at the PS office because 100 cc will likely not prove to be what she really wants.  Best of luck.

In my opinion, 100 cc implants are not large enough to make a substantial enough difference to justify performing the surgery. If there is ptosis (droopiness) after having children, a lift may be needed as well. You may want to consider an in-office second opinion with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss her particular case before proceeding. Best of luck.

I would have to say 100cc is probably not worth it, the biggest complaint we here as plastic surgeons following up with patients is they wish they went bigger.
