Ugh! i forgot that an orgasm would go against the elevated heart rate precaution and had an orgasm. How dangerous is this? I feel horrible

Thanks for your question. Sustained heart rate above 100 can increase your risk of developing a hematoma. If it's associated with lifting or heavy force on your chest then that will increase it further. Doubt you did anything to affect your results.

Thank you for your question.  I generally recommend waiting until all the swelling is down before engaging in sexual activity as it can raise your blood pressure and heart rate and cause a risk of bleeding or increased swelling.  So typically two weeks would be fine. However, I would not recommend a lot breast manipulation as part of your sexual activities until you are closer to six weeks.

Elevation of your blood pressure after a breast augmentation could cause post operative bleeding.  If you notice a change in the size of your breast then you should contact your plastic surgeon.

Sex after breast augmentation will raise your heart rate and could potentially cause bleeding or swelling, however the risks are small by one week post. Without pain or swelling it is unlikely to have caused a problem.
