Can Thermitight to the abdomen get botched?

Question

I have an appointment for Thermitight to the abdomen scheduled in a couple of weeks. I had a mini tummy tuck w liposuction a few years ago but still have some mild skin laxity . I just had a fear that if performed incorrectly it could go wrong ... that’d be just my luck lol ! Also , will it fade my stretch marks and correct the dent I have from lipo ??

Thank you for your question, Fraxel and/or CO2 are best for resurfacing, but Erbium is a good alternative. I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Any procedure handled incorrectly by someone who is not trained in doing such procedures can create bad results. Seek out a qualified Doctor with experience in doing skin tightening procedures.
