A Great Place for Surgery
I was very skeptical about getting my surgery done in Tijuana. I did a lot of research and one of the first things that caught my eye about Vida Wellness and Beauty is that it’s an Accredited Facility from QUAD A. The Doctor’s are Board Certified and that they actually had their prices listed on their website. Most places hide the prices or try to offer a lot of surgeries at 1 time for a really low fee. I Had an Amazing Experience
As a registered nurse working in a hospital in one of the wealthiest areas of San Diego, I have very high standards when it comes to medical care , professionalism, and patient safety. I know what top-tier healthcare looks like, which is why I was initially very selective and cautious about where to have my facelift procedure done. I Had a Great Experience with Dr. Saldana
I’m two weeks after vaginoplasty and perineoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Saldana. He did a great job and I like him a lot. He is gynecologist and he found that I got bladder prolapse I had no idea I had it and told me that vaginoplasty will fix this problem. He told us ( I took my husband with me ) in details what is going to happen during this kind of surgery and answered all our questions . Wonderful Experience with Dr Quiroz & the Vida Staff.
Dr. Quiroz performed a brow lift, lower blepharoplasty & fat transfer to my face. The entire experience has been absolutely wonderful. I live in San Diego & Vida provided full shuttle service for all my pre & post surgical appointments. I stayed in the Vida recovery suite for 2 days after surgery and received 24/7 care. Everything is in one building which makes the entire experience of going into a foreign country much easier.

Great Staff and Food
I stayed at the VIDA Recovery Boutique for 8 nights after my butt implant removal surgery.

The first 2 days were pretty shaky — wound cleaning and staff assistance were minimal and slower than I expected. After that, the team really stepped up and became very attentive and caring. The nurses were helpful, the food was good, and I felt well taken care of for the rest of my stay.

I recently underwent a deep plane face and neck lift with upper blepharoplasty at Vida Clinic in Tijuana, performed by the exceptional Dr. Fuentes. Dr. Fuentes is a gentle and skilled surgeon who ensured that I had minimal swelling and virtually no bruising. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The entire process, from booking to my return flight to the East Coast, was smooth and well-organized by Dr. Fuentes’ team. I traveled alone and never felt unsafe or neglected.

Dr. Quiroz, has a uplifting silly way about himself. He is a genuine human. His confidence follows him everywhere. From my consultation to the surgery of the l deep plane facial lift and the co-2 lazier along with my stay at the Boutique recovery rooms couldn't of been more pleasurable. All my needs were met, at no time did anyone on staff say no. Quick responses and friendly care. As for the results so far i am 16 days out. every day the swelling scars are improving everyday.

Dr. Quiroz CosMed Clinic were recommended to me by a dear friend, and satisfied Clinic customer in 2014. That year I had my first procedure there which was a traditional facelift. I I was very happy with the results and had a wonderful experience at the clinic.
