A Great Place for Surgery

I was very skeptical about getting my surgery done in Tijuana. I did a lot of research and one of the first things that caught my eye about Vida Wellness and Beauty is that it’s an Accredited Facility from QUAD A. The Doctor’s are Board Certified and that they actually had their prices listed on their website. Most places hide the prices or try to offer a lot of surgeries at 1 time for a really low fee. TAKE MY ADVICE, choose Vida Wellness and Beauty. From start to finish this place is truly AMAZING. ALMOST EVERYONE speaks English very well, I was surprised. Their Customer Service is fantastic, polite and they make you feel welcome. This place is LITERALLY, a one stop shop. LOL. My first day was my pre-op appointment on 4/13/2026, I saw my 2 doctors, then paid for a Swedish and Scalp massage. Marisela the Massage Therapist is awesome. After my surgery she also did my lymphatic massages.
The procedures that Dr. Carlos Casteneda (This Doctor is SOOOOO HANDSOME) performed on me was a Brachioplasty (arm lift), breast lift and breast augmentation. He did a really good job, the incisions were great and with very little scabbing, especially in my arms.
Dr. Samaria Mejia performed a Blepharoplasty, which removes the lower eyes bags. She did a great job also. She is a breath of fresh air and very down to earth.
I stayed 12 days at the Recovery Boutique. It really is like a 5 star stay. The 24hr nurse care, the really good food, clean rooms, and great service. I even wrote them a thank you letter and gave it to them on my last day. It’s in the pictures attached to this review.
All of the receptionists have great customer service.
They also have a shuttle service. They pick you up and drop you off from Diego to Tijuana and back again. The Chauffeur’s are so polite and helpful.
I can go on and on about this place. Oh, and I had an old root canal fixed. My tooth was hurting towards the end of my stay. I was leaving Saturday 4/25 and it started hurting me badly on that Thursday. They set me up an appointment for Friday and I got a new root canal. The dentist is on the 3rd floor. I’m going back tomorrow on 5/16 to get the crown put on. While I’m there, I’m going to see both doctors, so they can see the progress of my surgeries.
I hope that this review really helps you with making your decision to use this place. It was truly great and one hell of an experience. 5 STAR RATING.
