Hi Anastasia, by injecting fat you are getting volume and they are going to look plump, Some wrinkles will go away, not sure all the wrinkles will go away. And in an effort to get rid of all the wrinkles, you might get more volume than your looking for. Maybe a combination of fat injection and a LASER with thermal mode on the outside might help for skin tightening , but, it´s going to hurt.

I would think that a major procedure is what you might need, like a surgical procedure.

Hello, With only 2 weeks post pregnancy, it is very early to evaluate the vaginal canal. But, based on your description and with the picture, yes, it looks like a bladder prolapse.
I recommend you wait at least 8 weeks post delivery to have a real evaluation, not a virtual one, so we can identify with more precision the problem and offer you a possible treatment.
