At almost 70 years old this patient's main concern was an aging face and neck plus laxity under the eyes. Upon consultation it was decided that the best procedure would be a combination of the following: A lower face and neck lift, liposuction under the neck area and a lower blepharoplasty accompanied by fractional CO2 laser resurfacing under the eye area. Everything was performed in the comfort of Dr. Kevin Sadati's practice without the need for general anesthesia.

This is a 56 year old female that came to see us because she was unhappy with her neck, her jowls, the overall loss of volume to her face and her overall aged appearance. She had a face lift with fat grafting. The fat grafting added volume to her nasal labial folds, cheeks, lips and marionette lines.

This patient's main concern was all caused by aging. Extra skin laxity around the jowls and neck area, combined with facial volume loss was making her look tired and years older than she was feeling. Board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Kevin Sadati performed a lower facelift, neck lift and used the patients own fat to fill out sunken areas of the face. He was able to perform all of these procedures in-office, using local anesthesia and oral sedation. Unlike traditional facelifts no general anesthesia was needed. The patient's surgery took about two hours and her recovery time was short. She was able to return to all of her normal activities within one week and all of her incision lines healed perfectly after following Dr. Kevin Sadati's instructions.

This patient was interested in improving her jawline and neck line as well as the tired look of her eyes. I performed a lower face and neck lift and she also had her upper eyelid droop (ptosis) repaired by an ophthalmologist at the same time. Her postop photos, taken 6 weeks after her procedure, show a dramatic improvement in her jawline, cheeks, and neckline, and she has an overall more refreshed look.
