This 35 year old woman wanted a natural appearing breast enhancement. She chose 425cc teardrop shaped highly cohesive silicone gel breast implants. She is 5'8 tall and weighs 145 pounds. At six weeks after surgery these implants already have a very natural contour.

This patient wanted to rejuvenate her breasts because she didn't like the sagging. In order to create fullness, we needed to add implants in addition to the lift. Here, she is shown 3 months after surgery. You can see that the nipples sit in the center of the breast and the breasts are both youthful, projected and full. These are sub-muscular silicone implants.
