This 44-year-old patient wanted to improve the contours of her abdomen and trunk, as well as enhance the appearance and position of her ptotic (sagging) and asymmetric breasts. During her consultation, Dr. Delatte noted flank lipodystrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation), and mild breast asymmetry.To achieve her goals, Dr. Delatte performed a comprehensive body contouring procedure that included flank liposuction, a full abdominoplasty, and a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift). Liposuction targeted the flanks, removing 600cc from the left side and 550cc from the right, to create a balanced waistline and smooth trunk contours. The abdominoplasty tightened her core and addressed excess skin, while the mastopexy elevated her breasts to a more youthful position, enhancing symmetry and shape.
