In this case a breast reduction with breast lift was performed. This patient underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants many years ago with suboptimal outcome. She complained of unnatural breast shape, asymmetric implant position, droopiness of breast tissue over her implants and poor scarring around her areolae. I downsized her silicone implants and performed a concurrent vertical breast lift for a more natural and aesthetic breast shape. The after photos were taken at her 2 month post op visit.

This patient is shown 3 days post-op after undergoing reduction mammaplasty. She initially requested implants as well, however, due to her degree of droopiness, we recommended a two-stage procedure to minimize the risk of nipple-areola necrosis. 321 grams were removed from her right breast. 329 grams were removed from her left breast.
