45-54 year old man treated with Rhinoplasty
This man sustained a traumatic nasal fracture to his nose and was subsequently unable to breath after sustaining a nasal fracture. His family made fun of his appearance and he was starting to snore. He woke up at nighttime with a dry mouth and the difficulty breathing through his nose was very problematic. He underwent a Septoplasty, Turbinate reduction and a Rhinoplasty including lateral osteotomies. He was back to work after 6 days with no bruising.
