This patient lost greater than 180 lbs and consequently developed severe breast sag (ptosis) and loss of volume. She underwent a classic anchor breast lift (mastopexy) with inetrnal tightening via laser and placement of silicone implants under the muscle (subpectoral).

This 38 year old female patient initially 291 pounds, but was able to lose 176 pounds with a Fobi pouch gastric bypass!
