This 47 year old complained of drooping (ptosis) of her breasts. She did not want breast implants to improve breast fullness. Due to her large breast size and degree of drooping, a traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was selected.

This is a 44 year old patient would wanted a conservative breast augmentation with a lift, to maintain a natural shape, and a more youthful appearance. A 295cc moderate profile Inspira Allergan implant was used. Liposuction ofthe tummy gave her a sleeker contour, and provided volume we used to fill the upper breast.She has a very natural result which looks fitter and younger, and has boosted her confidence inherself.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.

	31 year old female unhappy with loss of breast volume and droopy appearance following pregnancy.&nbsp;She also&nbsp;had breast asymmetry. She underwent a breast lift paired with an augmentation.&nbsp;Her asymmetry was improved by using a saline implant filled to 325 cc on the left and one filled to 375 cc on the right.

A classic breast lift with the anchor shaped incision. The incision circles the nipple, there is a vertical scar from the six o'clock position on the nipple extending to the breast crease. Then a transverse incision runs along the breast crease. Breast reductions are done with this same type of incision pattern.
