Patient underwent a tummy tuck with no drain and minimal pain.  The patient had  a previous appendectomy scar that was able to be removed with the tummy tuck. In most patients the use of a drain is not required anymore.  Also new medications make the procedure much more comfortable.  This patient was very thin and fit, but had loose skin from children. Her concern were addressed with a mini tummy tuck to effectively target diastasis, liposculpture complemented by a fat transfer to enhance the volume and shape of her breasts, and a Brazilian Butt Lift or gluteal lipo molding to uplift and give better projection. With precision body contouring, we diminished fat accumulations, both large and small, resulting in a beautifully sculpted silhouette.
