45 year female elected a breast augmentation and abdominoplasty.

45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Augmentation

This patient presented with several concerns, including breast asymmetry, with one breast larger than the other, and a desire for smaller implants. She also expressed frustration with persistent weight retention in the mid to lower abdomen. Her preoperative diagnosis included excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, flank and trunk lipodystrophy, aging breast implants, breast hypoplasia, and breast asymmetry. After a thorough consultation and evaluation, Dr. Delatte proceeded with a comprehensive surgical plan that included a full abdominoplasty, bilateral breast implant exchange, trunk and flank liposuction, and combined fat removal from the axilla.The breast implants were exchanged for saline implants, with 325cc placed in the left breast and 300cc in the right breast to address asymmetry and achieve a more balanced, natural appearance. To improve the abdominal contour, a full abdominoplasty was performed to remove excess skin, tighten the abdominal muscles, and correct the rectus diastasis. Liposuction was performed to address localized fat deposits, removing 1150cc of fat from the left flank and back, 1200cc from the right flank and back, and 1050cc from the abdomen. An additional 350cc of fat was removed from the axillary region to create a smoother, more defined overall contour.

This 35-year-old patient sought a mommy makeover to enhance her abdominal contours and restore fullness to her breasts. Her evaluation showed flank lipodystrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation), and mild breast asymmetry, with her left breast being slightly larger than the right.Dr. Delatte performed a full abdominoplasty and liposuction on the flanks and abdomen to refine her waistline and tighten her core. Liposuction removed 650cc from the left flank, 700cc from the right flank, and 900cc from the abdomen, achieving a smooth, contoured appearance. For her breast enhancement, Dr. Delatte used Allergan silicone implants, placing 325cc on the left and 345cc on the right to address her asymmetry while enhancing volume.

Breast Augmentation with Saline Implants and Nipple Areola Complex Reduction. Patient is 5'6 and 125 pounds. She was originally a B cup and is now a D cup. She has a 600 cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the right which is filled to 675 ccs and a 550cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the left which is filled to 635 ccs.

This woman in her early forties had been suffering from the major symptoms of macromastia (large breasts) and wanted to alleviate pain and difficulties through getting a breast reduction from a DD cup to as small as reasonably possible. Dr. Howell performed her surgery, and she has been extremely happy with her results.  These photos show her before and 3 months afterwards.
