Circumareolar Mastopexy with Silicone Implants

The Benelli lift technique utilizes an incision that is just around the nipple. In this case it was combined with implants.

Patient presented to the doctor with breast ptosis following multiple pregnancies and breast feeding. A breast lift was performed and additionally a 325 cc moderate plus silicone implant was placed bilaterally for extra volume. She is now a moderate C cup.

45 yo female55, 123 lbs wearing 34 B Victorias Secret bra, s/p 15 lb weight loss 3 children interested in improving the appearance of her breasts but wanted natural look. Wanted to fill out her Victorias Secret 34 C bra.300 cc mentor moderate plus profile implants under the muscle and mastopexy.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
