The patient is a 19-year-old woman who was interested in reducing the appearance of the hump of her nose. She also underwent correction of a deviated nasal septum at the same time. This procedure was performed on an outpatient basis. She was back at school within five days and these photographs were taken approximately 3 months later. She was pleased with the appearance of her nose and reported the function was greatly improved.

The patient is a 29-year-old woman with a history of nasal trauma. In addition to problems with nasal breathing, she noticed a change in the shape of her nose following her injury. She underwent correction of both functional and cosmetic issues with her nose. This was performed as an outpatient surgical procedure and she was able to return to work within one week. The photographs were taken approximately 2 months after her surgery.

He reduced the size of her nose, removed the hump and rebuilt the tip of her nose. He elevated the tip slightly. With the support he placed, her nose did not pull down when she smiled.&nbsp;
