This patient had subtle constriction deformity of her breasts leading to a downward pointing nipple-areolar complex (NAC) bilaterally as well as a tight lower pole (with a decreased distance from the lower edge of her areola to her breast crease) but her left NAC was not only pointing downward but also outward as well.

Dr.Haworth performed a breast augmentation utilizing Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants, in a dual-plane position (partially under the muscle) in addition to a NAC lift. The NAC lift was designed not only to elevate the same but also move the left NAC more to the midline.
