Patient presented to the doctor with breast ptosis following multiple pregnancies and breast feeding. A breast lift was performed and additionally a 325 cc moderate plus silicone implant was placed bilaterally for extra volume. She is now a moderate C cup.

The patient had a limited inverted T breast lift with a short horizontal scar underneath the breast. The patient's height is 5'3 and her weight is 135 lbs. she was a 34 A before surgery and a 34DD after surgery. She has one child.

Patient is a 38 year-old female. Her height is 54 and weighs 127 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was 36 C. Left implant is 210 cc. Right implant is 175cc. Both implants are round  high profile saline. Post-operative bra size is 34 D.

Patient had silicone implants placed and circumareoloar mastopexy.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.

Breast Lift with Implants by Dr. Pey-Yi Kevin Lin at Chicago Breast & Body Aesthetics. A 20 year old female presented with Grade III Breast ptosis and wanted improvement in breast shape, contour, and nipple position. Patient states she is not interested in a breast reduction and wishes to be a similar size. Dr. Lin performed a bi-lateral breast lift with superior-medial pedicle technique. Her breast lift scars will continue to fade.

18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants

This woman was able to loose a significant amount of weight through healthy dieting and exercise and lifestyle modifications and desired improvement of her abdomen, back, buttocks, arms, and breasts. We agreed upon a staged approach using combination procedures. She underwent a circumferential body lift, followed by a breast augmentation/mastopexy (breast implant and breast lift) along with a brachioplasty (arm lift). She is shown before, and approximately 3 months afterwards. Her surgery was performed by Dr. Hampton Howell.

45-54 year old woman Breast Lift with Implants

This patient desired reshaping and enhancement of her breasts. She had significant preoperative breast asymmetry. She is shown before and 3 months after bilateral subglandular silicone gel breast augmentation mastopexy (breast enlargement and breast lift, with the implant placed above the muscle). 42 year old female who underwent a mastopexy augmentation starting with a 38 B cup and ending with a youthful 38 D cup.

42 year old woman treated with Breast Lift and 397cc Implants and now a 38 D cup.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
