The patient underwent a mastopexy augmentation with gummy bear implants. The breast lift reshapes the breast and puts them in the proper position while the implant restores the volume she lost after having children. The breast lift with implants gives the patient a more youthful and attractive appearance to their breasts.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.
