Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable. 63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants, shown 1 year post op. Patientwanted to be lifted as well as restoring the fullness of her upper breasts. She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.
