This patient had previously broken her nose. She was unhappy with the look of her nose especially the hump on the bridge. She was also having difficulty breathing through her nose. Her nose had to be re-broken in order to try to straighten it and improve her breathing. I reduced the nasal hump on the bridge of her nose without compromising the structural integrity of her nose. In improving the appearance of the nose, I feel you must still put the strength of the nose first. It has to last you the rest of your life without threat of collapse.
