Before surgery, the patient has a bulbous nasal tip and wide nose. Her tip droops and her nasal bridge is too high. Following rhinoplasty, her nasal tip is narrowed and has better definition. Her nasal tip is rotated up and the bridge reduced.

He suffers from right greater than left nasal obstruction due to multiple nasal trauma. He finally decides to undergo corrective surgery for crooked nose and postoperatively he quotes: I am 100% better.

She desires improvement of the slight dorsal convexity and mild tip droop. Spreader grafting, shaving of the dorsal hump, tip suturing with rotation, and concomitant osteotomy result in a more feminine tip; post-op she was ecstatic.
