This patient came to me concerned that she was too small for a BBL. Shes a petite professional Asian woman but she wanted a little more contour while still looking natural. Our patient visited from Hawaii and underwent a reverse mommy makeover. The reverse portion is the removal of the breast implants (explant) with a total capsule removal. She had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of her flanks and upper back. I removed her 375cc smooth silicone implants that were placed underneath the muscle. She feels amazing 1 year after surgery- she has even gotten a few new tattoos! She did need a vertical incision. All her incisions are continuing to fade over time.
