33 year old female who had a mommy makeover in two steps. She is five feet 1 inches tall. She had a tummy tuck in 2014 and she weighed 153 lbs. In 2017, she had a breast augmentation with Allergan Smooth Round Gel Inspira SRX implants R=445cc and L=400cc. She weighed 137 lbs at that time and was a 34B cup. She has two children.

This 42 year old mother of two lost 25 pounds, and presented complaining of inadequate breast fullness and slight breast drooping, and also of significant laxity and excess skin throughout the abdomen with severe stretch marks. She underwent a silicone breast augmentation with a concentric mastopexy, which involves a scar only around the areola, combined with an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck. 400 cc silicone implants were used, and she did not want her breasts to be any larger than that. The postoperative photos were taken about nine weeks after surgery.
