Patient underwent a tummy tuck with no drain and minimal pain.  The patient had  a previous appendectomy scar that was able to be removed with the tummy tuck. In most patients the use of a drain is not required anymore.  Also new medications make the procedure much more comfortable.  This patient was very thin and fit, but had loose skin from children.  A tummy tuck is powerful procedure that can give women back their pre-pregnancy body.  As you can see from this picture great care is taken in creating a natural appearing belly button so that women can still wear two piece bikinis if they like.

39-year-old patient who previously underwent gastric sleeve surgery and lost 170 pounds, presented desiring improved body contour with the removal of excess skin. She underwent a 360-degree body lift with abdominoplasty, a breast lift (mastopexy) with galaform mesh, liposuction for contouring, and fat grafting with Dr. Fisher.

The patient is a 40 y.o female who had droopy, deflated breasts and abdominal laxity along with rectus diastasis secondary to multiple pregnancies. She underwent Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift. She is now 2 months out and her breasts are perky with a nice lift giving her a natural look. Her abdominal laxity is completely gone and she is very happy with her abdominal silhouette.

This patient desired a transformative 'Mommy Makeover' to rejuvenate and reshape her body post-pregnancy. Her concern were addressed with a mini tummy tuck to effectively target diastasis, liposculpture complemented by a fat transfer to enhance the volume and shape of her breasts, and a Brazilian Butt Lift or gluteal lipo molding to uplift and give better projection.
