This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

Patient is 5'3 and 132 pounds.  Mommy makeover procedure included a full tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair.  Saline breast implants filled to 325 cc's placed under the muscle with a small armpit incision.

This wonderful patient wanted to improve her shape and restore her breasts to a more youthful state. After she explained her goals and her desire not to have a tummy tuck or additional breast scars, we planned to do a mommy makeover with minimal scarring.
