    This 39 yo mother of two children lost breast volume after breastfeeding. She also had a smaller breast on the right. Her goals were to make her breasts symmetric and larger. She elected to have a 275cc silicone implant on the right and a 225cc silicone implant on the left. She also had a breast lift to give her a youthful breast position.
