38 year old female who is 3 months after a tummy tuck. This is her first surgery as part of her mommy makeover. She had a gastric sleeve in 2013 and lost 70 lbs. She was concerned about the loose skin and stretch marks. She has 3 children. Her preoperative height was 5 feet and 1 inch and her weight was 167 lbs. Her weight at the time of the photo was 158 lbs. No liposuction was done at this stage.

This patient underwent a breast reduction and an Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle tightening and Liposuction to the upper abdomen, hip/flanks and back.

Mommy Make Over

This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

Patient is a 38-year-old, mother of 2. She is 52 and weighs 139 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 B. Procedures included a full abdominoplasty, breast augmentation (345 cc smooth round silicone implants), and a circumareolar mastopexy. Post operative bra size a 36 C and post-operative weight is 135 lbs.

This 39 year old mother complained of drooping breasts, but was satisfied with her volume and did not want breast implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) achieved her goals. At the same surgery, a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) tightened her tummy and improved her shape. The thin scars will fade and become inconspicuous with time.

Patient lost over 100 pounds with a Keto diet and exercise and consulted Dr. Schaffer for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation ( Mommy Makeover).

Mommy Makeover

Patient is 5'3 and 132 pounds.  Mommy makeover procedure included a full tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair.  Saline breast implants filled to 325 cc's placed under the muscle with a small armpit incision.

Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. Removed 3 Liters of fat.
