47 year-old 5' 6" 126 lbs. mother of 3 underwent submuscular smooth, round, saline implant placement in 1-hour outpatient operation in our AAAASF-accredited office surgical facility. (Procedure performed October 2006, 1 month before FDA released silicone gel implants for primary cosmetic breast augmentation, which is why she had saline implants). Dr. Tholen used smooth, round, 375cc moderate profile implants filled to 420cc bilaterally.
