One month ago our patient underwent a rhinoplasty to straighten the bridge and rotate the tip of his nose. We used piezo technology to swing the bridge towards the midline with less bruising and swelling. So far the symmetry is improved and he is breathing a lot better. This woman in her early sixties came to see Dr. Howell for a blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. She lost a significant amount of weight and had concerns about the loose skin around her eyes. After discussing with Dr. Howell, she chose to go with a closed rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty. Since her surgery, she feels like she looks much more rested and refreshed and has been very happy with her results. She is pictured before and three months post-op.

This 50 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 115 pounds. She felt the shape of her nose did not fit the rest of her face and disliked the bags and lines of her lower eyelids. She had a rhinoplasty and lower lid blepharoplasty, (lower eyelid lift), completed at the same time. The results are shown at 9 months after surgery.
