Vertical Mastopexy (Breast Lift) w/ Saline Implants

This is a 44 year old (5'4, 120lbs) woman who had post-partum loss of breast volume (particularly in the superior) and 2nd degree ptosis (droop). Her bra size was a 36 B/C prior to surgery. This was corrected with submuscular augmentation utilizing smooth round moderate profile saline implants and a vertical mastopexy (250cc -> 280cc bi laterally). 3 months later, her breasts are elevated and full. Her new bra size is a 36 C/D, the nipple-areola are in the proper position (see lateral views). The scars have blended in nicely and she can certainly go without a bra if desired.
