65-74 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This is a 70 year old woman who had a right breast invasive cancer. She underwent a bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy. She delayed her reconstruction by approximately six months to make sure her mastectomy healed well. She then underwent a bilateral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders which were replaced with implants about four months later. Both breast had fat grafting to improve their overall appearance. She has had 3-D nipple and areola tattooing. She is about 6 weeks out from her last surgery.
