This young woman desired to breathe better through her nose and improve the appearance of her nose -- she feared having a "done" looking nose and wanted subtle changes including bringing her bump down, bringing her tip up, and adding refinement to her tip. Even at 6 weeks (where only 60% of the swelling has gone down), you can notice a nice change in how her nose is no longer a "distracting" feature of her face - changes performed included bringing down the bump (without a scoop), deprojecting the tip (bringing the tip closer to her face) and increasing the rotation of her tip (the angle between her upper lip and the nose). No external incisions were performed.
