This is a case of a 37-year-old woman concerned about excess fat in her abdomen and thigh areas. She was not a suitable candidate for a tummy tuck or thigh lift because she did not have excess loose skin. However, her skin elasticity was adequate for liposuction. Post-procedure, she is pleased with her new body shape.

Our patient is a 41 year old Female who is 1 year status post Tummy Tuck with Liposuction. She has had 2 C sections and was unhappy with the bulging of her abdomen, overhanging skin and overall abdominal contour. She is 52 and weighed 156 lbs on the day of surgery. Her current weight is 125 lbs. She has gone down several clothing sizes. She has focused on core exercising to help shape her abdominal muscle repair and squats to help support her lower back liposuction.
