Augmentation Mastopexy

45 year old female shown before and two months after a breast lift with implants and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The patient has no medical history and a 50 pound weight loss. Sha has delivered two children. C cup before and DD cup after. The patient received an Allergan 605cc SRF (highly cohesive) gummy bear high profile silicone implant and placed beneath the muscle. The lift is a vertical limb lollipop incision. She has worn a surgical bra and girdle and is now using the scar cream. All procedures done by Frank J. Ferraro, MD

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
