Extended Tummy Tuck, Back Lipectomy

This 41-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty). After quickly losing 20 lbs, the patient gained excess loose skin tissue, which was unable to bounce back around her abdomen area. The patient was also unhappy with her sides and back. The patient complained, even with diet and exercise she was unable to achieve the body she desired. The patient is now 6-weeks post-op extended tummy tuck, which includes back lipectomy, liposuction of the back, flanks, lateral and medial thighs.
