23 year old with gynecomastia treated with chest wall liposuction and pull-through excision via minimal incisions

This is a 23-year-old male who was interested in improvement in his gynecomastia. He was diagnosed with gynecomastia about a year ago. He had used workout supplements and developed some painful bulges in his chest about a year ago. He stopped doing that and he wants to have further improvement in the shape contour of his chest. He underwent an outpatient procedure that focused on chest wall sculpting with some focused chest wall liposuction in conjunction with a "pull-through" excision of the gynecomastia via minimal 3 mm incisions. 3 month after results are shown
