    The 53 year old, 5’5” tall and 135 pound woman shown here was very unhappy with the look of her figure from both the front and side views. She underwent a breast lift, or mastopexy, and augmentation with silicone gel implants. Dr. Vath created incisions around the areola and down to the fold of the breast, removing excess skin and placing the 280 cc silicone gel implants behind the pectoral (chest) muscle. The after images shown here were taken about three months post op.
