This 45 year old woman has had 6 children that she breast fed, which has left her complaining of saggy and lopsided breasts. She also dislikes her excess bra fat. She underwent a breast lift with a reduction of the bra fat. On the left side, some of the excess bra fat was used to auto-augment that breast to improve size symmetry.
