This patient came to me concerned that she was too small for a BBL. Shes a petite professional Asian woman but she wanted a little more contour while still looking natural. I liposuctioned her abdomen, flanks, and back to carve out an amazing figure and then carefully put some fat back in a couple of areas to make her figure really pop. The procedure took 2 hours and she was awake, joking and texting the entire time.

Our patient visited from Hawaii and underwent a reverse mommy makeover. The reverse portion is the removal of the breast implants (explant) with a total capsule removal. She had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of her flanks and upper back. I removed her 375cc smooth silicone implants that were placed underneath the muscle.
