This 59-year-old woman requested facial rejuvenation after , she reported, she emerged from a "hard year." She reported that although she had spiritually revived, she felt that her face still mirrored the experience in the "hooded" look of her eyes, the "bags" underneath them, and the "sagging" of her neck. A facelift, browlift, and bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasties were performed.
