Are there any disadvantages to opting for filler vs fat transfer? Also, are penis fillers allowed in the US? I am only finding fat transfer procedures or silicone implants. Id prefer to use a temporary filler to test out the results and then go to a perm filler, silicone implant or fat grafting.
There are maybe half a dozen doctors that do this surgery, and pretty much only this surgery. I have not seen positive or negative reviews, even though they have been doing it for 10 - 20 years now. It appears that the best way is to cut a ligament for length, while adding alloderm for girth. I would like to hear from men who have done this, and from doctors who actually know something on the subject. I am average, but like most guys would like another inch or two.
I am 180cm and approximately 155 pounds. My penis is 17cm bone pressed measurement. However, I have a fatty pubic pad especially around the base of my pennis, which causes me to lose around 3cm in length. Is it possible to bring down the thickness of the pubic fat to 1cm or less around the base of my penis and general area around my pubic bone and remove access skin for increased exposure of my true penis, via liposuction, mammoplasty. If any doctors are familiar and can assist, please reach out
Obviously results vary, but on average, with penile fat transfer how much volume is retained permanently, and how much is absorbed by the body? Is it possible to overfill beyond the desired result to compensate for the absorption? Also, if operating at a calorie deficit to reduce body fat in general, will the fat placed in the penis be affected?
